Training

The training programmes include behavioral, functional and technology training with a methodology of on-the -job and off-the-job programs.


 

Induction Training

For new employees, ICOMM has a comprehensive induction programme and in-service training program for new employees, to ensure that every new employee could meet the skill requirements before going to the post. The induction training varies from 3 to 4 weeks based on working positions. The new employee orientation program includes a series of orientation courses, which are corporate culture, products knowledge, marketing and sales skills, product developing standards, etc.
