- 1989 : Established Antenna and Masts Division
- 1991 : Established Galvanizing, Radio & Electronic Subsystems Divisions
- 1992 : Commenced Operations of the Towers Division
- 1994 : Established Solar Division
- 1995 : Established the Turnkey Services Division, Special Projects (Strategic Electronics) Divisions
- 1999 : Delivered Proto Model of Indigenously Developed FH-TDMA
- 2001 : Assembly/manufacturing facility set up at Yanam for DWDM, infrastructure and CDMA Handsets
- 2002 : Execution of US$28M order for 200,000 CDMA Handsets/FWTs to BSNL and Handover of FH-TDMA to Customer for user trials
- 2003 : Execution of US$27M DWDM Project (first supplier of DWDM to BSNL) and US$10M CDMA Infra for 105K lines turnkey project, Received repeat orders for FH-TDMA for Samyukta and Missile Communications
- 2004 : Recognition as Major Player in Supply of outside Plant Infrastructure for Telecommunications, Focus on Defense & Infrastructure Products, Focus on establishing technology tie-ups to develop new Products
- 2005 : Modernization and expansion of manufacturing facilities at Hyderabad for Line Material, Isolators and Transformers (power transmission and distribution)
- 2006 : Commenced Transformers Manufacturing division
- 2007 : Company’s Tower Manufacturing capacity expanded to 200,000 MTs per annum, Company started International operations in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh and set up the Solar Manufacturing Business Unit
- 2008 : Commenced Infrastructure Business unit and Investment by Kotak PE & Tano Capital, US.
- 2009 : Partnered with an US-based Communication solutions provider viz. Harris Stratex to provide an end to end mobile WiMAX network solution for the Indian Government owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), in Southern State of Kerala, India.
